Emma is an associate in the Private Client Team and qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEX) in 2015, prior to which she had completed five years’ recognised training.
Emma joined Lanyon Bowdler in August 2021 and was made an associate in July 2023. Emma is based in our Conwy office.
Emma handles a varied caseload and her work broadly includes:-
- Inheritance Tax and Business Succession Planning advice;
- Preparation of Wills from straightforward to more complex including Trusts;
- Preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney;
- Estate Administration to include complex high net worth estates, often taxable or including agricultural and/or business assets and/or trusts.
Emma is an Affiliate Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a fully accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
When not at work, Emma enjoys spending time with her young family and keeping fit. Emma plays cricket for Llandudno Ladies softball cricket team.
