Profile/Experience

Susan joined Lanyon Bowdler in 2018 as a solicitor in the commercial and agricultural team, based in the Ludlow and Bromyard offices. She provides advice on a wide range of agricultural and commercial property matters, including; freehold sales and purchases, commercial leases on behalf of landlords or tenants, licences, property option agreements, easements and renewable energy installations. She has experience of dealing with a range of agricultural and commercial properties, from pony paddocks to farm land, offices to GP surgeries. Susan is a member of the CLA and the Agricultural Law Association.

Susan is also a notary public and is able to oversee the execution of legal documents for use abroad, attest the authenticity of deeds and written documents and protest bills of exchange.

Susan has worked in Shropshire and Herefordshire since qualifying as a solicitor in 2004 and as a notary public in 2005.

Married with five dogs, a tortoise and a very vocal African Grey parrot, Susan is very proud of her shed and has been a bookworm since early childhood.
