Jemma has experience at assisting on large corporate transactions to include share sales/purchases and asset sales/purchases as well as management buy-outs and company re-organisations.
Jemma graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2013 with a degree in Law with Australian Law, having been the recipient of a Linklaters’ scholarship which enabled her to spend her third year studying at the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
Jemma then completed the Teach First Leadership Programme before joining Lanyon Bowdler in February 2020. Jemma qualified as a solicitor within the Corporate & Commercial Team in September 2024.
Jemma’s insight into the education sector makes her well placed to assist the firm’s education clients in an array of matters to include academy conversion and governance.
