Death after Operation to Treat Sweaty Hands

A 27 year old management accountant died following an operation to treat excessively sweaty hands.

Neil Lorimer, partner and head of the Lanyon Bowdler personal injury team, assisted the family in attending the inquest and pursuing a claim on behalf of the parents, to show that the circumstances surrounding her death were as a result of professional ineptitude.

The parents believed the doctors were not fit to practice and a complaint was also made to the GMC.
